Mark Austen

Mark is a qualified accountant who gained most of his experience of the financial industry through managing Price Waterhouse’s (latterly PricewaterhouseCoopers’) financial services consulting business around the world. He was elected as a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Board and had a major role in effecting the sale of the consulting business to IBM which he subsequently joined, leaving in March 2005. He has since held a number of director and chairman positions. Mark was appointed to the Board of Alpha Bank London Ltd in 2015 and took on the role of Chairman in May 2018
