21st September 2020
Dear Client,
Bank statements
Due to exceptional circumstances as a result of the global Covid-19 epidemic and the temporary closure of our offices as a precautionary measure to protect the well-being of our staff and Clients, we are now able to remotely print and dispatch Client statements.
We are therefore pleased to advise you that we have processed statements for the period 23 March 2020 to 21 September 2020 and that these statements will be sent to you by post in the coming days.
Please note that you may receive multiple statements in one envelope and that these may be accompanied by multiple cover address pages which were printed together with your past statements in order to be mailed to you.
In the event that there are no bank statements accompanying this letter, then this would mean that you have had no movement in your account(s) since 23 March 2020. If this is this case, kindly note that you will still receive one statement annually through the post going forward.
We would like to thank you for your patience in this matter and to remind you that in the interests of the health and safety of our staff we are not accepting visitors at our offices, but in all other regards we are operating normally with some ABL colleagues present in the office and some colleagues working remotely through our standard secure connections.
Please note that:
• we are contactable through our usual telephone numbers and e-mail
• we are able to process your banking transactions and investment instructions as normal
• with regard to execution of instructions, we can take orders for foreign exchange up until 3.30pm UK time and orders for investments up until 4pm UK time
Finally, we would like to advise you that we have launched a new website for your convenience which can be found at www.alphabanklondon.co.uk where there is further information on how to keep in touch and the services and products that we provide.
On behalf of all ABL colleagues, thank you and best wishes,
Yours sincerely,
Joe Neophitou
General Manager
