No relation between the Alpha Bank Group and Alfa-Bank Russia

Alpha Services and Holdings S.A., including its banking subsidiaries Alpha Bank S.A. (Greece), Alpha Bank Romania S.A. (Romania), Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd (Cyprus), Alpha Bank Albania (Albania), Alpha Bank London Limited (UK) and its branch operations in Luxembourg (jointly the “Alpha Bank Group”), would like to clarify that it is completely unrelated and has no connection with Alfa-Bank Russia or any other financial or banking group present in Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus.
