Alpha Bank London has taken the decision to close its till service. This decision has been taken following a review of the transactions and customer activity. We have seen a significant fall in the number of customers using the till service. For the avoidance of doubt, Alpha Bank London will remain open for all other business.
The Bank is observing the Access to Banking Standard and we are therefore providing you with 90 days notice of the planned closure on 25th June 2020. In the interim you will still be able to use the till service.
You can already deposit a cheque or pay in small amounts of cash into your ABL current account using your ABL sort code paying in book. If you have a business need to pay in more regularly or to periodically withdraw cash we can set up a specific facility for you to do this at a nominated HSBC branch. If this service is of interest to you please talk to your relationship manager who will be able to assist you.
The closure relates to the till service at Capital House only. The Bank will remain open and your relationship managers will be available to assist you with your banking needs.
