Till service has now Closed
Further to our letter of 27th March 2020, the till service at Alpha Bank London has now closed permanently; as such no cash services are available at the Bank’s offices. This decision was taken following a review of the transaction levels and a significant fall in the number of customers using the till service.
We would like to remind you that if you are a personal customer of the Bank you can deposit a cheque or pay in small amounts of cash into your ABL current account using your ABL paying in book at any branch of HSBC. If you require a paying in book (personalized book of deposit slips) to be issued, this can be arranged and sent to you. Please contact your relationship manager for further information with regards to this service. Kindly note that this is a sterling only service.
Similarly, if you have a business need to pay in more regularly or to periodically withdraw cash we can set up a specific facility for you to do this at a nominated HSBC branch. If this service is of interest to you please speak to your relationship manager who will be able to assist you.
The closure relates to the till service at our Capital House (City of London Office) only. The Bank will remain open and your relationship managers will be available to assist you with your banking needs, including the ordering of ‘Paying In’ books and other bank services you make require.
